In response to James D. Anderson's question about the FSRE workshop, Ray
Williams at Oregon State is a lead coordinator for the workshop.  He can be
reached at williamr@ava.bcc.orst.edu  Ray has an email version of the
workshop annoucement if anyone is interested.
