For those with a desire to intend to attend the South Eastern Compost
Association meeting and interested in something other than the typical
motels may I recommend:

To appreciate the atmosphere and scenery of Lake Lure you may see it in
the movies "Dirty Dancing" and "Last of the Mohicans".
I would recommend you make your reservations, even if at the motels in
Asheville or Hendersonville, at your earliest opportunity. The
conference is on October 23 and 24. You may wish to arrive on the 22nd
and spend the weekend..it should be beautiful! So far the speakers are
outstanding with a few coming from as far away as Hawaii, Minnesota, and
Arkansas! Due to an overwhelming demand the best lodgin is filling up
