I have an ERS report "Agricultural Adaptation to Climate Change: Issues of
Long Run Sustainablility" by David Schimmelpfennig et al. It is ERS
Agricultural Economic Report Number 740, June 1996. I don't know if it will
meet your needs as I have not actually read it.
