The International Composting Association is the composting industry's
only totally international professional trade society that is totally
of, by and for the individuals in the organic waste processing and
remediation composting industry.

With regions that cut across all cultural, ethnic, racial, political,
national, corporate or similar barriers the International Composting
Association is the most rapidly growing professional, vocational,
technical, trade association in the world wide composting trade today. 

Whether at the level of the smallest local village chapter, the region,
or the international board of directors the role of representing the
individual while lifting up the arts and sciences of composting is
paramount. No one person speaks for the society and there are no
corporate, national, organizational or other memberships....specifically
to assure independent, professional, non-biased proceedings,
resolutions, research and standards. 

Starting as a grass roots movement in recognition of the need to foster
world wide communications and cooperation in the many different venues
of applied composting the International Composting Association already
has chapters forming throughout the United States, Canada, Australia,
Europe, the United Kingdom, and in South America. This ALL was begun by
individuals working with other individuals.... for the sake of the
composting industry and composting.

Whether addressing planning, administrative, management, purchasing, or
technical issues dealing with organic waste disposal and composting of
hundreds of tons per day or involved in administering and delivering
programs addressing home and community composting the ICA represents you
and your needs.
 
Those wishing to launch local chapters or regions to serve their
countries are welcomed and supported. The bylaws, organizational
structure, voting procedures, representational outlines, and code of
ethics are temporarily located on my web site which is listed below.
