Now Available: "Bid to Win: Tips for Maximizing Your CRP Bid."

This free brochure was designed to help farmers interested in winning a
Conservation Reserve Program (CRP) contract in the USDA signup which
runs October 14 through November 14.  It includes an explanation of the
factors a farmer can control, tips on scoring points in the bidding, and
a simplified CRP scoring worksheet.

The brochure was developed by the Center for Rural Affairs,
headquartered in Walthill, Nebraska. Single copies are available free of
charge by calling the Conservation Hotline, (402)-994-2021, or sending
an e-mail to dh43048@navix.net.  Please include your name and street
address.
