Re: Tt: Canopy Cover

Just a few comments. If any of you have an idea about the canopy-
cover in your hometown, please post here to Treetown. This is very
much in line with what this discussion list was set up to deal with.
Treetown is truly independent, with no outside funding whatsoever.
Your humble ListOp (me) has studied art and computer programming,
currently writing software (tentatively entitled 'Treetown'), which
will help folks to document their urban, or community, forest.
Folks here know how important it is to keep planting and caring for
their local (native) trees. Please keep writing, and tell us all
about what you have learned where you are, what you have still to
learn. One important thing that we all have learned here in Treetown
is that no matter how expert or how novice you think you are, your
concerns are very much shared here by somebody else.
We are simply using the Internet to keep the trees going, which other-
wise might not have that chance ...
