TT: volunteer / fundraising opportunity

from GROW, An Opportunity to Raise Funds for GROW and /or Volunteer
The good news is we raised $800 at our Barnes & Noble Book Fair on Nov 8th;
now we have another opportunity to raise funds at Barnes & Noble, by earning
tips for gift-wrapping, on three days in November and December.
What can you do?
First, come shopping on the three dates listed below, bringing along all of
your friends, family, neighbors and colleagues, and some tips for the
friendly GROW gift wrappers! Be sure to tell Barnes & Noble you are shopping
to support GROW.
Second, volunteer to be a gift-wrapper. No ribbon curling skills required.
Just the ability to wrap and tape and be a cheerful ambassador for community
gardens.
E-mail or call (GROW -- 202-234-0591) AS SOON AS YOU CAN to sign up. Some of
these dates are only available to us if we fill the volunteer slots EARLY
THIS WEEK.

When? Fri, Nov 28 -- 6-10pm (two shifts -- 5:30-8 and 8-10)
Mon, Dec 1 -- 6-10pm (two shifts -- 5:30-8 and 8-10)
Tues, Dec 2 -- 6-10pm (two shifts -- 5:30-8 and 8-10)
Thurs, Dec 4 -- 6-10pm (two shifts -- 5:30-8 and 8-10)
Mon, Dec 8 -- 6-10pm (two shifts -- 5:30-8 and 8-10)
Tues, Dec 9 -- 6-10pm (two shifts -- 5:30-8 and 8-10)
Wed, Dec 10 -- 6-10pm (two shifts -- 5:30-8 and 8-10)
Saturday, December 20 -- noon-5pm (two shifts -- 11:30-2 and 2-5)
Sunday, December 21 -- noon-5pm (two shifts -- 11:30-2 and 2-5)
