Lest we cast unwarranted aspersions on Pseudotsuga menziezii, let history
record that both Michael Kennedy and Sonny Bono were the victims of attacks
by subalpine fir, Abies lasiocarpa. I happened to have seen pictures on TV
and noticed the species.
