So why am I skeptical? Our mechanical engineer tells me to think of it as
using the ground water as a giant seasonal storage device...But there is no
such thing as a free lunch, right?
So, 2 questions for the list:
1)what experience have you had with geothermal, and
2) has anyone seen studies regarding the long term effects of geothermal
system on groundwater/aquifer systems, especially near wetland/marsh
ecosystems?
