Closest thing to R-2000 to you is NY-STAR (518 456-0401) and Energy Crafted
Homes (800-628-8413). Both are sponsored programs for new residential
construction. Neither are green building programs. The Austin Greenbuilder
program is the closest thing to a more inclusive look at environmental aspects
of housing. Folks involve in it have posted to this list.
