Here are the good info sources I've found on mites. Good luck!

Natl. Inst. of Health/Natl. Inst. of Allergy and Infectious Diseases,
pamphlet: "Something inthe Air : Airborn Allergens, 301.497.5717, and
via NIH/NIAID web page (don't have web link handy -- have just changed
computer & operating system and am still transferring web bookmarks
etc.).

ALSO: various asthma and allergy groups on the web (I found a
consortium/network by searching YAHOO...ASTHMA). I believe many of
these groups have dust mite contorl info, esp. the Amer. Academy of
Allergists... Amer. Lung.Assoc. probably has info too (contact local
chapter via http://www.lungusa.org/homepage.html).

For cool microphotos of mites, check with me later when I re-install my
bookmarks. One from U. of Hawaii, and one from Australia with
background info. I found them by searching insect collections of
universities etc. on the web.

John Roberts, Engineering Plus, Seattle, has asthma prevention program
going now (discounted bedding etc.). He also put out a nice brochure on
house dust several years ago. 206.322.0616.
