Just a few things, Hardi panels here in my area are LESS than Plywoods. The
panels Avail. in 4x8, 4x9,4x10 foot panels are $19.00-$22.00 /panel. The
Lap siding is also very competitive with wood in cost. It is .38 foot.
comes in 12' lenghts. Our local lumber supplier also has the shears for
cutting the lap siding for free use with an order. So check around. Hope
this helps.
Also, Norbert I was wondering if you could explain to me why or what the
benefits of having the chimney not go up the exterior of the house. Is that
what you stated before? Just curious.
