If it can be done, great! But I don't see that much wrong with
conventional approaches—IF DONE CORRECTLY. One of the problems I see is
that too many things get implemented by people who don't have a complete
understanding of the consequences. Mechanical ventilation can certainly
be done incorrectly—and it is probably being screwed up in more than one
location right now—but it isn't that complicated, and there are many
conscientious installers doing a superb job.
I certainly don't mean to condemn your ideas, In fact I think they are
interesting, and I'd like to encourage them. It's just that I like
simple approaches and, in my mind, mechanical ventilation is a fairly
simple technology. It's certainly much simpler than this computer I'm
typing on. But then, my computer isn't as smart or adaptable as I am (I
hope).
