Thanks for the lead.  I would prefer to stick to houses
which when they fail lead to significant costs to owners
or finance companies when people "turn in the keys."  A
shed with no space conditioning would not have the same
thermal and moisture conditions as an occupied structure.

It might also have not been constructed with the same care
as would a home.  If you come across any more cases in 
housing please advise.

Also, it is time to organize to get some funding for a building
science study of moisture in strawbale housing walls.  Anybody 
got any funding ideas, or even better -- work in progress -- so
we don't wind up reinventing the wheel?
