GBlist: HERS WKSHOP 10/2
FYI & Comment, the Calif. Energy Commission (CEC) is holding a public
workshop to take comments on their proposed Home Energy Rating System
regulations that are based on Title 24 bldg. stds.
As far as I know, the draft regs do not include actual field performance
testing (including combustion safety testing) of homes.

This is a continuation of a previous workshop; the previous notice and
how to get the draft regs are at:

They could probably use comments from experienced practitioners re: real
world performnace of homes. Please let other interested parties know
about the workshop.
