The entry format here is:

SUBJECT
description or more specific item
URL location

i.e. the subject is in all capitals. On subsequent lines, indented two spaces, is either a short description of the subject or a more specific item relating to the subject for subjects with more than one item associated with them, such as a FAQ, Annotations, etc.. After this, indented another two spaces, is a URL designating the location of the item. See Parts 5 and 6 for a description of URLs, and the explanation for why items found at cerebus.acusd.edu also have a non-URL location designator. Each letter of the alphabet has a listing of the form A-TAG to make moving in the list while doing upkeep simpler.
