About the online version of the NII

The plain text version was made available by the U.S. Department of Commerce; it was split into sections by Elizabeth Lyons; who made these sections available for FTP and Gopher access.

Hypertext version

The hypertext mark-up was done by Jonathan Magid and Darlene Fladager; Darlene, Jonathan, and Elizabeth found supporting and related documents and added links to them.

Paul Jones added the animation page and additional links to the National Performance Review, which were contextualized by Jonathan Magid.

Dykki Settle added links to multimedia resource material, keyword search capability, and reformatted the document - 12/21/93.
