Criteria for Indexing
Criterion 1: Program context
Criterion 2: Created or compiled date
Criterion 3: Database is state or local in origin
Criterion 4: Database is not ephemeral
Criterion 4A: Database records are not ephemeral
Criterion 5: The database is unique
Criterion 6: Database serves a public purpose
Criterion 7: Database is in actual use

H. Report Reproduction Cost List
I. Custom Services Costs
J. List of Data Modules
K. Annotated List of Fields
