I'm on the run but briefly consider this: these isues of IP have become
more highlighted lately because of the ease with whihc ideas may move
globally. (first part) does this mean that the Internet chould be more
strongly policed and restricted for IP reasons? This is implicit in the
Indian and Agrentine cases. How does a computer program or a procedure
differ from a drug formula or novel? What happens when it is as easy to
access and copy movies and novels as it tis to copy Word? Should
different policies and laws be in place?
