  The transcripts for the three public hearings held to date on the
nonindigenous organisms proposed rule are all available on the
APHIS gopher.  Look in the directory "Proposed Rules Now Open
FOr Comment," which is under the "APHIS Regulations" directory.
The Hawaii transcript will be added after that hearing.
  The APHIS gopher is at GOPHER.APHIS.AG.GOV
