Yellowjacket control:

Hang a piece of fresh fish (preferably an oily type) from
a string over a container of water. The yellowjackets will
find and eat the fish. By the time they are engorged their
bodies will be coated with oil. They will be unable to fly
and will drop off the fish into the container of water and drown.
