We would be interested in your two volume set as well.  We are the 
Freehold Institute based in Phoenix with sustainable ag farms in both 
Maricopa County and Gila County.

Also, I have just finished serving on the Ariz Dept of Ag Advisory Board 
for for Organic Certification Standards.  Al that really means is 
that we have completed writing the organic certification standards 
for the state--they are now out for public comment.
