(505)242-9272 has some different thoughts on the concept of over-grazing and resource management; simply
"over-grazing" may not be all bad if done in the context of historical grazing habits of native animals.  

Another concern has to be the movement of noxious weeds into an area.  We are trying to reclaim rangeland
infested with yellow star thistle (approximately 7 million acres in California) with biological control agents.
