From ACLARK@crop.uoguelph.caThu Oct 27 11:14:40 1994 Date: Thu, 27 Oct 1994 10:51:38 EDT From: "E. Ann Clark, Associate Professor" To: "Lawrence F. London, Jr." Subject: Re: Need Information on Agriculture and Energy (fwd) One excellent, but aged source is the CRC Handbook on Energy Use in Agriculture - extensive tables on energy fractionation among processes and products, with interesting comparisons for the same crop grown in different ways, or in different regions of the US. Edited, if I recall, by D. Pimentel. Might give Pimentel a shout, as it strikes me as the type of question he has kept his hands on in recent years. He co-authored one recent book chapter on energy use in agriculture, but I believe it was in the aggregate, rather than breaking it down by crop and process. Ann ACLARK@crop.uoguelph.ca Dr. E.
