I'll save that note. I recently ran across an article on various wildlife "boxes" one can purchase, including of course birdhouses, bat boxes, butterfly boxes and something I had never seen before, Mason Bee boxes; looked like a birdhouse with little 1/4 inch holes drilled in the front, like a bee apartment building. Mason bees are solitary bees that naturally live in holes in stone and wood, I think. They were called the "friendly" bees of the garden. Does anyone knw more about these bees, where they live and how to make one of these boxes? *<>*<>*<>*<>*<>*<>*<>*<>*<>**<>*<>*<>*<>*<>*<>*<>*<>*<>*<>*<>*<>*<>* Kert Davies ENVIRONMENTAL WORKING GROUP 1718 Connecticut Ave. NW, Suite 600 Washington, D.C. 20009 e-mail: kert@ewg.org EWG web page: http://www.ewg.org 202-667-6982 fax 202-232-2592 Any opinions expressed are mine and not my employer's. *<>*<>*<>*<>*<>*<>*<>*<>*<>**<>*<>*<>*<>*<>*<>*<>*<>*<>*<>*<>*<>*<>*
