Abstract: These programs constitute the software interface between
the Digital Pathways TCU-50D battery clock and the RT-11
system date and time.
 
Restrictions: TCUGET must be edited each year to include current year
(since TCU-50D does not maintain year). Also, must be
manually reset each leap year.
