Titled the "NASA Historical Data Book", each volume covers a ten-year period of programs and projects as follows: Volume I contains 631 pages, and details information on installations, procurement, finances, personnel, and facillities from 1958 to 1968. Volume II contains 643 pages, and concentrates on launch vehicles, manned space flight, and the research and technology from 1958 to 1968. Volume III again concentrates on launch vehicles, manned space flight, and technology, but this time covers NASA activities from 1969 to 1978. Volume III totals 484 pages. Currently, NASA is working on the fourth volume of the series. This book will cover the space program from 1979 to 1988.
