rec.arts.marching.drumcorps

  Drum and bugle corps.

A forum for discussion of Drum & Bugle Corps (D&B) : competetions,
musical repertoires of corps, musical arrangements, drill design,
instruction techniques, etc. Postings from current, past, and
  prospective D&B members are welcome.

The rec.arts.marching groups are not intended to discuss marching techniques
or military activity (e.g. staggering marching steps while crossing bridges
to avoid the creation of potentially destructive harmonic waves). Discussion
of any information of potential military value is forbidden. Discussion of
recreational and performance marching in the military (e.g. The US Service
Academys' Drum Corps) is permitted. Also, discussion is generally limited to
units that bring motion to their performance -- concert bands and orchestra
performances will generally not be discussed in rec.arts.marching.
