Mike, you may want to recheck some temperatures.
The original ";" of "2" is given as [32200].  In
the new diagram, the central part is given as [31124]
and the outer part as [33214]. So the central part
of the diagram is not given the same number as originally
assigned to "2".

Plus, the TC who creates these messages is very
embarrassed.  Just as many of you decode the messages
without the aid of a calculator or computer, they are
created without any such aid, and four of the temperatures
listed were incorrectly encoded.  Here are the new
numbers, which I will put into Message 8 later today...
