I would like to suggest that the meaning of !Q! is a measurement for MASS. The Tau Cetians have given us sufficient material in their messages to allow us to completely derive mathematics. In the fourth message, they have started to relate the abstractions to reality - including the first physical (as opposed to mathematical) constant $. If they wish to go further, and start defining physics and chemistry - we need at least one other measureable quantity beyond distance and time - MASS. My interpretation of the statement defining !Q! is that the measurement of MASS is the mass of a spherical body of a known material (e.g. hydrogen) with a radius of 1 Pretty speculative, huh?
