Note that the message has been corrected; the lines containing !Q! should look like GV!Q!VG GW!Q!PQBQP!Q!WG (So the use of "p", radius, was a red herring.) I believe this is just an example of the idea of units, and translate it "What is the unit of number? The unit of number is 1." I have stuck translations of message 4 onto my page (including that one.)
