I have a producer who wants to experiment with tall fescue in Maine. 
Two questions:

1.	Where to buy seed.  Tall fescue isn't grown much in Maine. 
Are there some seed sources in the northeast that he could order from?
 Names and phone numbers appreciated.

2.	Winterhardiness.  I have tried tall fescue here and had major
winterkill.  I used endophyte-free seed.  Any other information on
winterhardiness for the northern U.S. would be great.
