Manure on forages
Hi!
Does anyone have some good references regarding manure (particularly
dairy) applications to hay ground. Seems to be a variety of opinions on the
topic. Interested in applications on alfalfa, legume/grass mixes, and
grasses particularly during the growing season. Not so interested in the
fertility aspect as what rates ok for avoiding residue problems, is there
stand damage?, timing, any feeding problems result?...
Any leads or comments appreciated!
