I'm trying to find some organic fonio to buy and try.
The New York Times describes this West African grain as one of the world's
fastest maturing cereals and one of the world's best-tasting grains.
According to their 4-23-96 article, it grows well in poor, sandy soils,
and is unusually high in several amino acids and nutrients.
Maybe someone who reads this will grow some and make it available for
mail-order purchase.
