Anyone looking for a Sustainable Agriculture Teachers Guide, there is one 
free and on-line at http://www.gatewest.net/~green/

It consists of 5 lesson plans, bibliography, resource guide, internet
links (aka "Cool Links"). It was designed for social studies and science,
and is for a general junior and senior high school use. 

It was written in 1994, with help from the WSAA, Environment and 
Agriculture Canada, Manitoba Education and Training Curriculum Services 
Branch, the Prairie Farm Rehabilitation Administration, Canadian Organic 
Growers, OCIA New Brunswick, the Marquis Project, McGill University's EAP, 
and other education, communication, and agricultural groups.

There was a video produced that accompanies the guide, but they can be 
used seperately. (also a French language video and printed guide, not 
on-line)
