In response to recent questions about e. coli on farms, pasteurization of 
juice, Mad Cow disease, and food irradiation, I thought some of you would 
be interested in a list called Foodsafe, run by the USDA/FDA Foodborne 
Illness Education Information Center, at the National Agricultural Library.
