packaging for market resources
I am working with several community groups who are in various stages of
getting farmers to cooperatively pack and market vegetables. Does anyone
know of good educational materials - books, videos, extension pamphlets, etc
- that might be useful in describing the specific how-to's of boxing up
produce? The desire would be to educate farmers on the importance of growing
high quality produce for better value markets, and how to best pack produce
to keep it good.
We may consider developing a concise video for this educational purpose, but
don't want to reinvent work already done.
