A farmer recently described to me how he lowered the pH of his tank mix of
a common broad-leaf herbicide to increase its effectiveness. By lowering
the pH, he only used 4-6 ounces per tank compared with the recommended
10-16 ounces. He reports that this method works.
Can anyone explain the chemistry behind this? Has anyone heard of this?
Thanks for any input...
