I'm working on a proposal to fund some Practical Farmers of Iowa on-farm
research on pesticide-free and organic soybeans. I'd like to know about
future demand for soybeans grown these ways. Can anyone tell me if figures
exist for the projected demand for pesticide-free and organic soybeans? Is
demand increasing and by how much? Thanks.
