Definitely include St. Louis Missouri's Soulard Market, and the old town =
of which is it a hub. And while at it, take a tour of the whole =
neighbourhood and how it has gone from colonial to poor-white =
neighbourhood with heavy air pollution to revival and reconstruction. No =
doubt at the nearby Washington University and St. Louis University =
campuses you can find people who have studied this fascinating old =
farmer's market and the whole Soulard neighbourhood.
