appeared earlier on sanet (long document).
Also have you seen the following publication?:
James W. King and C.A. Francis, 1994. Extension and Education Materials
for Sustainable Agriculture. Vols. 1-3. A project of the No. Central
Region Sus. Ag. R&E and Ag in Concert with the Environment.
It used to be available for $10 from: Center for Sust. Ag. Systems,
Univ. Nebraska-Lincoln, Lincoln, NE 68583-0940.
Vol. 2 has a section on "Curricula in SA"
