Dear Sandra,
Your name has been referred to me by Michelle Gauthier and K.Warner of our
Forestry Department.
We are looking for potential candidates to fill the above mentioned post in
Maputo at Eduardo Mondlane University in Maputo and I thought you could
suggest names of possible candidates for the post.
Brief description of the TORS:
The incumbent will assist to design a curriculum in community forestry and
wildlife management; provide teaching in the same fields to undergraduates
forestry students; supervise junior local training staff and ensure that
they acquire the new thinking in social forestry and participatory
approaches; supervise students'field practicals; assist and collaborate with
the forestry research institute in social forestry research activities.
The post duration is 4 years starting asap. Duty station is Maputo.
Portuguese or Spanish skills are essential
