Texas is divided into regional councils with membership on the state council
from the regions,  Check with the Texas Forest Service in College Station,
Don Mueller is the coordinator.  I apologize for not having the phone number.

We plan to intoduce the same concept in Alabama.  As an association we need to
develop better ways to empower our members to participate.  Good Luck
