Re: GBlist: Residential concrete questions

I have no experience with concrete homes in new construction. The best system
I have seen for insulated concrete is Thermomass (800-232-1748) because they
cast the insulation in between two skins of concrete. It seems that that puts
the insulation out of harms way, puts thermal mass both indoors and outdoors,
and produces a pretty bullet-proof building.

That said, my principal functional reservation is that it's a pretty difficult
building to modify, and all buildings seem to want to be modified at some
point.
