The system Marilyn is referring to is called GFX. There's a good deal of
information, including prices, on their Oikos page at:

It's a cool system marked by its simplicity and very high efficiency.
According to independent testing, it can give a standard electric water
heater a "COP" of 1.5 and _triple_ its first hour rating from 60 to 180
gallons.
