We have used the above on several projects including my office. No CFCs.
Superior airtightness, average R value per inch. However it is critical to
ensure a minimum of left-over scrappings (ie. from walls), that such be
used elsewhere in the project. It is also quite expensive in certain
applications. In commercial retrofit projects, it may be very cost
effective, esp. on high poorly insulated roofs.
