Earthships and Self Sufficient Architecture

INVITATION TO JOIN = ESSAEarthships = and Self Sufficient Architecture

The purpose of ESSA is to provide a forum for the exchange or ideas, comments, questions, and technology between people interested in the pursuit of self-sufficient architecture. The list was initially founded to discuss Earthships (see = http://csf.colorado.edu/earthship<= font size=3D"4">) per se, but we would like to broaden the discussion to discuss other natural, sustainable architectures as well. Discussions might include, permaculture, straw bale, locally sourced building materials, bioshelters, arcology, other rammed earth structures, solar, photo-voltaics, 'going off the grid', as well as examinations of the very concept of housing for the future.

If you would like to sample some of the preceding discussions, please check out http://csf.colorado.edu/essa You will find that it's a friendly group exchanging usable, quality information.

To subscribe, please send the 4-word message:

To: LISTPROC@csf.colorado.edu

We look forward to a lively discussion among persons interested in self sufficient architectures on the ESSA list,

Of the people, For the people and By the people, sound familiar?
