In the Georgetown (Tex.) Sun 3/16 is a story headlined "Innovative
septic system protects west side aquifer." The first two grafs are:

"It looks like as big sandbox filled with washed river rock.

"But Alice Nemeth-Nivault is looking forward to planting bulrushes,
pickleweed, cattails, elephant ears and cannas in the 15-by-32-foot box
behind her Fountainwood Estates home."

The story discusses her plans (she is a builder, dba Integrity Homes,
who hired Dario Guerra, dba Big D Engineering of Dallas). The story
mentions assistance from not only the Williamson County folks, but the
model project of the Lower Colorado River Authority and the technical
help from the Texas Natural Resource Comm'n.

Both LCRA (http://www.lcra.org/) and TNRCC
(http://www.tnrcc.state.tx.us/) have Web sites, with (I think) either
direct email access or email info.
