That may sound wonderful but in this state ,Florida,once a place is
designated as wetlands, the property owner can't clean, remove
vegetation, dredge, build or otherwise disturb what has come to be there.
And if you try, you can go to jail for 2 years as occasioned O. C. Mills
in Florida. From that point government controls your life, your property
and your future.
