Hello,

I am seeking a concise paragraph or two for the Summary of Work section
that instructs contractors and bidders to comply with environmentally
responsible building practices.  I have used WasteSpec guidelines, but want
this to be more inclusive of IAQ, site management, energy efficiency
considerations, etc.  The particular application is the construction of
university dormitories.  This is to supplement the specific quidelines in
the appropriate spec sections.

Any suggestions would be appreciated. Thanks to all for the excellent
information shared in this forum.
